2. Account and availability
The app asks users to confirm they are at least 18 and to supply the account and profile information shown during registration. Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Never give support your password or verification codes. Compatibility, network access and subscription level affect feature availability; local AI requires a supported device.
3. Cooking assistance and AI
Recipes, quantities, images and AI answers may be inaccurate. Check ingredients, allergens, cooking and storage requirements before use. Entering an allergy does not guarantee allergen-free results. Cuisly does not provide medical diagnosis or care; seek professional advice when needed.
4. Content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your content and permit processing necessary to provide requested storage, sync, export and AI features. Only import or share content you are entitled to use. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive. Do not access another account, evade payment or quotas, distribute unlawful content or disrupt the services. Security contact: .
Cuisly branding and software remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party licenses are available in Settings. Established abuse may lead to proportionate restrictions, with notice where appropriate.
5. Data and account closure
Local storage and optional sync are not a substitute for personal backups. The in-app export covers the categories shown on screen and may not contain all data held by providers. 6. Service changes and disputes
Maintenance may interrupt access. Material changes must be communicated appropriately. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees.
