Account and access

If you switch devices, sign back in with the same account to recover your workspace. If access looks wrong, contact support with the email used in the app.

Sync

Multi-device features depend on your current Apple setup and network connection. If sync looks stuck, fully relaunch the app before contacting us.

Subscriptions

Paid plans unlock more storage, more AI and more continuity across devices. To compare the tiers, see the Pricing page.
